Ensure proper planning for upcoming projects and the availability of required skills in advance. Track project progress to identify changes in resource requirements and plan accordingly. Resource Utilization & Optimization: Ensure maximum resource utilization by identifying idle time and assigning appropriate tasks. Monitor resource productivity and provide recommendations to optimize performance. Identify any skills gap and propose training, certifications, or hiring needs.
