We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect with 12+ years of IT experience, including extensive expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, solution design, and implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in designing scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Custom Applications
Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions using Salesforce best practices
Guide development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring code and design quality
Define data models, integration patterns, and governance standards for Salesforce solutions
Design integration architecture using tools like MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL platforms
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Salesforce developers and admins
Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and AppExchange solutions
Perform code reviews, ensure DevOps CI/CD processes are followed




Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Skills:
Minimum 12 years of IT experience with 7+ years on Salesforce platform
Robust understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and limits
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL
Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems
Solid knowledge of Salesforce security model, data sharing rules, and governance
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, Jenkins
Solid knowledge of Salesforce DX, API Management, and Testing strategies
