Job Title- Digital Marketing Trainee

Summary- Leapswitch Networks is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainee to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who have completed digital marketing certifications (from HubSpot, Google, or other reputed institutes) and are eager to apply their knowledge in real-world marketing operations.
As a Digital Marketing Trainee, you will assist in enhancing our brand’s online visibility, support CRM and SEO initiatives, and gain hands-on experience across various digital marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Tools Support​
Assist in CRM-related tasks, particularly using platforms like HubSpot.​
Help manage CRM access across the team and maintain data hygiene.​
SEO & Backlinking​
Support keyword research and on-page SEO updates.​
Assist in creating and submitting backlinks on relevant platforms.​
Monitor SEO performance and contribute to optimization efforts.​
Digital Presence & Listings​
Help manage and update business listings on platforms like Google Business
Profile, Justdial, Sulekha, etc.​




Conduct research to identify current platforms for increasing online visibility.​
Online Reviews & Reputation​
Coordinate review collection campaigns to improve online reputation.​
Track and report reviews from customers across various platforms.​
Award Research & Brand Visibility​
Research industry-specific awards and prepare documentation for nominations.​
Contribute ideas to strengthen the brand’s digital presence.​Requirements:
Recently completed or pursuing certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, or any reputed institute).​
Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and backlink strategies.​
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar tools is a plus.​
Experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.​
Robust internet research and communication skills.​
Willingness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic team workplace.

Experience- 6 month internship experience
Location - PUNE

Digital Marketing Course/training completion with certificate is Mandatory
