Robust communication and relationship-building skills to establish rapport and collaborate effectively with hotel partners.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with hotel distribution systems, property management systems (PMS), and online travel distribution channels.

Proficiency in using OTA platforms and online travel reservation systems.

Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.

Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and energetic setting.

Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
