Role Summary:

We are
seeking an experienced and solution-oriented Salesforce Technical Lead or
Senior Developer with solid product engineering experience. The candidate will
be responsible for driving technical execution, hands-on development, and
collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for specialists Looking to contribute to managed package development, scalable architecture,
and best-in-class user experiences within Salesforce-native applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex,
Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Contribute to architecture discussions and provide technical input
for building managed packages.
Ensure code quality, security compliance (FLS, CRUD, sharing), and
alignment with Salesforce best practices.
Participate in AppExchange Security Review preparation and
remediation.
Collaborate with Product, QA, and UX teams to deliver secure and
performant applications.
Implement CI/CD processes using SFDX and Git-based workflows.
Support data migration activities, including ETL script
development and test automation.




Contribute to the setup of offline mobile features and assist in
Data Cloud integrations when applicable.
Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis.
Mentor
junior developers and perform code reviews.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, and
Flow Builder
Experience with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and unlocked packages
Hands-on experience with managed packages and AppExchange
readiness
Solid understanding of platform security features and governance
limits
Experience with version control systems (Git), GitHub Actions, or
Copado
Ability
to work in Agile/Scrum teams and take ownership of deliverables

Nice-to-Have:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II / JavaScript Developer
I
Experience with Data Cloud (CDP) or Customer 360
Familiarity with Experience Cloud or mobile offline setup
Basic understanding of Heroku, MuleSoft, or other integration
platforms
Exposure
to Einstein Bots or Agentforce.
