Assist in pre-production tasks like scheduling, planning, and equipment handling
Support the team during on-ground shoots and creative direction
Coordinate with post-production team for timely edits and delivery
Research content trends and support creative ideation for projects
Help in organizing and maintaining media assets and project folders
Document behind-the-scenes content and assist in social media reels
Collaborate with various departments including events and marketing
Ensure smooth internal communication across film projects
Learn and operate basic editing/design software if required
Support day-to-day administrative and logistical production work

Requirements
Passion for filmmaking and robust interest in creative production
Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
High level of enthusiasm, responsibility, and willingness to learn
Positive organizational and multitasking ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative workplace
A personal laptop is mandatory
Open to working on weekends or late hours if shoot demands
