About the jobDesign Drop is an unlimited design subscription used by founders, agencies, and marketing teams across the US — graphics, branding, web design, motion graphics, and ad creatives on a flat monthly plan.We're hiring a Business Development Executive to run cold outreach to US businesses and book qualified meetings for our closing team.This is a first-touch outreach and appointment-setting role — not a closing role. Your job: get the right decision-makers onto a call, get them interested, and book a meeting with our closing team.What you'll doRun outbound to US founders, business owners, and marketing decision-makers via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreachIntroduce Design Drop's design subscription, explain services and perks clearly, and handle first-line objectionsIdentify prospects with genuine, ongoing design needs and qualify themBook qualified meetings on the calendar and confirm prospects show upTrack calls, responses, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRMMaintain clean lead databases using CRM tools, lead trackers,



and spreadsheetsConsistently hit outreach and meeting-booking targetsWhat we're looking for2–4 years in cold calling, appointment setting, outbound sales, or business developmentHands-on experience with US / international market outreach (strongly preferred)International voice process experience is a robust plusExcellent spoken and written English with a neutral / global accentConfident opening conversations with founders, business owners, agencies, and marketing teamsComfortable with CRM and prospecting tools (Zoho CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus)Self-motivated and target-driven, focused on booking qualified meetingsBasic understanding of design, branding, or marketing is a plus — this is not an entry-level roleThe roleSchedule: Mon–Fri, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US EST coverage) · Sat & Sun offLocation: Noida — Hybrid (1–2 days onsite as per requirement, rest work from home)Incentives: High performance-based incentives & commissions (up to 50% on deal closures)
