Job Description:

Manage Drone based Pilot rope pulling as per the SOP:
Lead site execution activities for pilot pulling work.
Ensure effective communication within internal & external stakeholders.
Ensure 100% work as per QHSE standards during charged & uncharged conditions.
Coordinate with the client to ensure targets are achieved as planned.
Ensure site compliances as per local utility & client requirements.
Ensure ground liaison with local stakeholders to avoid work interruption
Ensure close coordination among Drone pilots, fitters & technicians for work completion as per the guidelines.

Office Based (Planning & Coordination):
Generate weekly & monthly MIS in collaboration with the India Office.
Ensure daily & weekly work plans in line with the work schedule.
Plan vs Actual need to be governed, catch up plans need to be ensured.

Ensure 100% QHSE Standards:
Lead safety & quality protocols at site, ensure daily tool box talk.
Ensure all Safety PPEs & first aid kits at site during work execution.
All site related compliances need to be ensured & documented during charged & discharged working conditions.
