Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Intern to support the HR Operations team with day-to-day activities, employee data management, and compliance documentation. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR processes and statutory documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Support HR Operations activities, employee records management, and exit documentation
Maintain and update employee data in HRMS/Excel ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in HR compliance documentation related to audits,



policies, and statutory requirements
Organize, verify, and maintain employee files (digital and physical)
Support preparation of HR reports, trackers, and MIS
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and process documents
Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and documentation requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
Basic understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes
Knowledge of HR documentation and data compliance practices
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic data handling
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Valuable communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Exposure to HRMS or payroll systems
Understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws – basic level)
Prior internship or academic project in HR Operations
