Job description

Profile - Preparing quotation, stock as well as import & same shared with our valuable customers with proper communication. Follow up for sales order & execute order processing cycle as order acceptance, order confirmation, dispatch, Challan & invoicing. Planning & preparing monthly forecast as per customer demands. To send dispatch advice to our supply-chain team for further approval. To be maintain of saleable stock & samples given for demo purpose. To be handle all sample Challan & maintain statement for the same.



To advice for import shipment & cross verifying shipping documents like sales order, tax invoice & packing list as well. To notify for pre-alert shipment & sharing shipping documents to our customers. Effectively communicating with customers in a professional & friendly manner & time-time updating its order status if any pendency. Follow up for outstanding payment & C-form as well. To be share dispatch details on daily basis. Making GRN for import shipment. Education Qualification B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical & Electronics)
