Job Description

Are you a energetic and motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources? We are looking for a talented HR intern to join our team at Quantazone.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles.
Conduct initial screening, schedule, and conduct interviews.
Evaluate candidate profiles to shortlist suitable candidates.
Ensure smooth coordination from interview to onboarding.
Maintain and update daily hiring trackers and reports.
Build and maintain solid candidate relationships to ensure a great candidate experience.




Meet weekly/monthly hiring goals and contribute to recruitment targets.

Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in hiring for sales roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sourcing and screening ability using multiple platforms.
Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Additional Information
Candidates must be willing to work in the EST time zone.
Only full-time work experience after completing education will be considered. Part-time or undocumented experience won't be accepted.
If you have less than 1 year of experience, you’ll need to do a 3–6-month internship prior to being considered for full time employment.
