About the Opportunity

Our client, a fast-growing technology-driven organization, is expanding its Data Platform Operations team and seeking a Snowflake Platform Operations Associate/Analyst to support mission-critical data settings.

This is an excellent opportunity for early to mid-career professionals looking to build deep expertise in Snowflake operations, provisioning, and GenAI-enabled data platforms within a managed services setting.

You will work closely with senior engineering teams while gaining hands-on exposure to modern data platforms and emerging AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1–L2 operational support for Snowflake environments and data pipelines
Manage user provisioning, access controls, and workplace administration
Execute incident resolution procedures, monitoring, and system health checks
Assist with basic Snowflake data modeling under senior guidance
Support GenAI (Cortex) operations, including prompt execution and monitoring




Escalate complex issues to L3 teams and track resolution
Maintain operational documentation and ensure SLA adherence

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in data platform or operations support
Working knowledge of SQL and Snowflake fundamentals
Exposure to ETL workflows; Python knowledge is a plus
Familiarity with GenAI/LLM concepts and willingness to learn advanced Snowflake Cortex capabilities
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a structured, SLA-driven setting
