Job Description

The Role

We are looking to add an enthusiastic and passionate Social Media buff to our team to drive engagement and initiatives across various communities and platforms.

Responsibilities
Ideate and execute campaigns to drive social media buzz by conceptualizing the social content calendar, curating content, planning promotions & contests, etc




Manage the social handles and cross-collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate campaign-specific content (social graphics, animated GIFs, and short-form videos) across channels
Monitor campaign performances, and analyze, review, and report on campaigns' effectiveness to maximize results
Ensure consistency of brand positioning and maintain hoichoi's personality and social tone of voice to stay relevant to fans and customers
Undertake social media research to gain deeper insight into online conversations related to the Bengali media & entertainment industry.

Qualifications

What makes you a excellent fit?
You are an excellent communicator and creative thinker and proficient in Hindi
Relevant experience in social media, preferably from a digital media agency/E-commerce/Media & Entertainment background would be preferred
Bachelor's/ Master's degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, communications, or any other related field would be preferred
