Role: Sr Power BI Developer

Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore (5 days mandatory work from office)

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power
BI
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting
requirements into technical solutions
* Utilize Copilot capabilities within Power BI and related tools to accelerate
report development and generate insights
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization of reports
* Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting workflows using
AI-assisted features
* Create visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards aligned with business
needs
* Provide actionable insights through data analysis and storytelling
techniques
* Troubleshoot report issues and implement enhancements based on user feedback




* Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, especially AI and Copilot
enhancements

Must-Have Skills

* Strong hands-on experience with Power BI with over 2 years experience in
PowerBI and at least 4 years experience in report development.
* Must have proficiency in using Copilot for report creation in PBI, DAX
generation, and visualization suggestions
* Solid understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M
Language)
* Good hands-on experience in SQL
* Strong data visualization and dashboard design skills with a focus on
usability and storytelling
* Good communication skills to work with business and technical stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting requirements
