About The Role

WeWork India is seeking a Sr. Associate, Growth Operations to help enable and assist its sales operations efforts.



This role will be part of our Sales Organization - with cross-functional responsibilities and interaction with stakeholders from other functions in the organization as an integral part of the role.

The Growth Operations team plays a critical role in enabling business growth by driving broadly four functions: data reporting and management, analytics and insights, business reviews, and sales operations. The team partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, generate actionable insights, facilitate leadership reviews, and support the sales organization through effective management of tools, systems, and operational processes.

The candidate will endeavour to provide critical insights, inform our strategy and execute on a diverse range of initiatives including growth insights, strategic planning, sales strategy, sales incentives and goal setting - with the key objective being the improvement of efficiency and driving results.
