Role: Partner - Counselor

We are looking for individuals who want to build a career out of delighting and managing offered employees and converting them into happy employees from Day 0. The prime responsibility would be to ensure the first impression of Q is created such that the recent employee is engaged to join us. Thereafter the phase of ensuring the connect sustains even when the candidate turns into an employee. The person would be responsible to promote the Quantiphi brand through a personal connect, be able to predict and assist the candidate on various queries, and enable information sharing to help them gain understanding of Q.
Role & Responsibilties
Focus on the Overall Experience:
The key aspect of this role would be to create a seamless overall experience with sharing the right information with the new employee
Build the right first impression with them by proactively reaching out to each one of themthrough frequent touch points
Eventually this role would become the key to sentiment management for the employee by the counselor for the unit they are assigned to

Eliminate the first day anxieties of the new joinee. Acquainting new hires to organizational culture is critical to make the workplace feel like their second home. It helps in their alignment with organizational vision & mission, policies and procedures, products & services

Connect:
Consistent dialogue with the candidate and establish connect. Be able to coach and counsel the candidate on their queries, understanding and apprehensions. Be able to effectively network and suggest solutions
