We are seeking an experienced Associate Director – Statutory Audit to lead complex audit engagements, manage high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional client service. This role is ideal for a Chartered Accountant with extensive post-qualification experience in statutory audits, strong technical expertise in accounting and auditing standards, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for planning and executing audits, providing technical guidance on financial reporting frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building solid client relationships. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, mentor audit professionals, and contribute to the firm's quality standards while driving operational excellence across engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage statutory audit engagements from planning through completion,



ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Develop audit strategies, perform risk assessments, and establish audit plans based on client business requirements.
Review financial statements, audit documentation, and working papers to ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical guidance on accounting standards, financial reporting frameworks, and complex audit matters.
Advise clients on financial reporting, compliance, and technical accounting issues, including IFRS and other applicable standards.
Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously while ensuring efficient resource allocation and project execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Mentor, coach, and develop audit professionals while promoting technical excellence and continuous learning.
