Job Description: Hyperion Lead Developer to spearhead our Application Management Services (AMS) and Application Development Services (ADS) efforts for our critical Oracle Hyperion suite.This role requires not only deep technical expertise across the Hyperion platform (Planning, Essbase, HFM) but also strong leadership, architectural vision,



and project management capabilities.The Lead Developer will be responsible for guiding a team, ensuring the stability and performance of existing applications, and driving the development of new, cutting-edge solutions that align with the organization's financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership & Architecture:Act as the primary technical expert for the entire Hyperion landscape, including Global Hyperion Planning, AFE Planning, Hyperion Closing/GLHistory Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management, and Hyperion Planning ICF.Define architectural standards, best practices, and development guidelines for Hyperion applications.Lead the design and implementation of complex Hyperion solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Conduct technical reviews of solutions designed by team members to ensure quality and adherence to standards
