We are looking for a qualified who will function as an execution partner to the CEO.
Drive cross functional projects, program coordination, stakeholders management & organizational follow through.

The candidate must have prior experience in an NGO, in a founder / CEO Office or in a strategic projects role.

Key Responsibilities
1. CEO Support & Strategic Execution
Provide day-to-day support to the CEO in planning and execution of key priorities.
Prepare and edit presentations, reports, documents, and meeting material.
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on decisions and commitments.
2. Project & Stakeholder Coordination
Drive execution of projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO, ensuring accountability and timely completion.
Liaise with Project Heads of Karo Life & Karo Homes to monitor progress, review trackers, follow up on deliverables, resolve bottlenecks, and provide regular status updates to the CEO.
Interact & drive department heads, volunteers, doctors, the MSW team,



and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programmes, deliverables, reports, and pending actions.
3. Reporting & Process Management
Maintain well-structured digital files, trackers, dashboards, reports, and documentation for key organizational priorities, ensuring records are organized, up to date, and free of duplicate or obsolete documents.
Improve reporting systems, communication, and operational processes.
4. Volunteer Programme Management
Lead the development and management of the volunteer programme.
Recruit, engage, and run the volunteers program for events, patient engagement, administration, and backend support.
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, institutions, and community groups to strengthen the volunteer network.
5. Leadership & Organizational Support
Facilitate meetings involving senior leadership, trustees, and key stakeholders.
Support recruitment and interviews & onboarding as required .
