We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Automation Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex warehouse automation and industrial automation projects. This role is ideal for a technically proficient project management professional who can oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinate with global stakeholders, and ensure the timely deployment of advanced automation solutions.
You will be responsible for managing project schedules, vendor relationships, customer communications, and cross-functional teams while ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and performance objectives. The role requires robust expertise in warehouse automation technologies, project management methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with international clients, particularly US-based stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities




Lead end-to-end execution of warehouse automation and industrial automation projects from planning through deployment and handover.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation using project management tools.
Coordinate the deployment of automation solutions, including AMRs, conveyors, AS/RS, goods-to-person systems, sortation systems, and robotics.
Monitor project progress through critical path analysis, risk management, and performance tracking to ensure timely delivery.
Manage vendors throughout the project lifecycle, including scope definition, contract coordination, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and escalation management.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, controls, and customer teams to ensure seamless system integration and project execution.
Review engineering drawings, warehouse layouts, equipment specifications, and technical documentation to support project implementation.
