The role
We are hiring Full Stack Developers to build, extend, and harden the product surfaces our customers run their business on. You will own features end to end — from problem framing and data modeling through API, UI, tests,
and rollout — and you will ship work you can stand behind.
We hire on outcomes, not on a specific stack. No particular language, framework, or database is a prerequisite — we care whether you can read a schema, trace a request through the system, and ship reliable code in whatever the feature requires.
What you will own
End-to-end delivery of customer-facing features across backend, frontend, and data layers.
Data modeling, schema design, and query performance — indexes, execution plans, migrations.
API design and integration — clean contracts between services and customer-facing applications.
Frontend implementation that actually works for operators in the field — performance, accessibility, and unambiguous UX.
Test discipline — unit, integration, and the regression coverage that lets us deploy without holding our breath.
