Position Overview
The Cadet Detailer position is an entry-level role that offers hands-on training and development opportunities in reinforced concrete detailing, providing a strong foundation for a career in structural detailing and construction engineering.




Working alongside experienced detailers, engineers, and project teams, you will learn how to interpret structural drawings, prepare reinforcement detailing documentation, and use industry-standard detailing software. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, possess robust analytical skills, and are passionate about technical design and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of rebar shop drawings, placing drawings, bar bending schedules, and bar lists.
Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings under supervision.
Learn and apply the industry standards, project specifications, and detailing practices.
Use rebar detailing software and drafting tools to support project deliverables.
Coordinate with detailers, checkers, and leads to ensure drawing
