Customer database awareness to develop tailored solutions; personalised relationship management

Lead Generation & Application Logging
Generate leads and logging prospective customer applications.
Driving Business Through SPs
Motivate and guide bank SPs to source quality business and ensure timely logging of applications through the operations team.
Database Utilization & Documentation Control
Utilize the branch’s customer database effectively and ensure all documentation submitted is complete, accurate, and compliant.
Relationship Management & Target Achievement
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, ensuring targets are achieved consistently.




Policy Adherence & Need-Based Selling
Ensure compliance with all PNB MetLife policies and support SPs in conducting ethical, need-based sales.
Customer Awareness
Ensure that customers are clearly informed about product features and perks at the time of sale
Daily Reporting & Team Coordination
Act as a team player and report the daily count of logged applications to the reporting manager without fail.
Persistency & Customer Service
Maintain a high level of policy persistence and ensure superior customer service for all customers onboarded.
