About the role:
As a Technical Writer, you will join the product team in a software SaaS company to create high-quality documentation, including how-to guides, videos, and other content that helps users get the most out of the company's software solutions. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure that documentation is accurate, explicit, and easy to understand. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing technical documentation for software solutions and be proficient in Zendesk and FrameMaker.
