Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead our DITA sales initiatives in the North 1 region. As the Operations|DITA Lead, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our Domino's stores. Your primary focus will be to collaborate with Business Head, Area Managers, Training, and WFM teams to develop and implement effective strategies that boost DITA sales. This role requires robust leadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive results and motivate a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute DITA sales strategies in collaboration with Cross Brand Head, Area Managers, Training, and WFM teams.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Lead and motivate a team of DITA sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective implementation of sales initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate DITA sales performance,



identifying areas for optimization and implementing necessary actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas into sales strategies.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the DITA sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments to align DITA sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on DITA sales performance to senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the F&B; industry.
