Tasks

Process and manage the full cycle of payroll for employees,



ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian labor laws.

Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, benefits, and deductions in the payroll system.

Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting of payroll-related financial data.

Resolve any payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information, ensuring prompt communication with relevant stakeholders.

Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports and audits as required by management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and accounting, preferably within the Indian payroll system.

Proficiency in using accounting software and payroll management systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
