Adfactors PR, India's largest independent PR firm and is building out its agent-based AI infrastructure, and we're looking for a hands-on builder to join the team.
About the Role
As an AI Automation Engineer, you'll design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate internal processes across our operations — from reporting and research to monitoring and multi-step workflows. This is a technical, build-first role: you'll take agents from prototype to production and own their reliability once live.
What You'll Do
? Design and deploy AI agents using LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, and workflow automation platforms
? Own agents end-to-end — from prototype through production monitoring and iteration
? Identify high-value automation opportunities: repetitive knowledge work, manual data aggregation, multi-step workflows
? Translate business requirements from non-technical stakeholders into working automation solutions
? Stay ahead of the agentic AI tooling landscape and evaluate new frameworks/platforms for practical fit
? Contribute to internal AI capability-building and documentation
What We're Looking For
✅ 1 – 5 years in a technology, operations, or product-adjacent role
✅ Hands-on experience building AI agents or automation workflows (not just using AI tools)
✅ Working knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent)
✅ Comfort with scripting/lightweight coding to build and maintain agents
✅ Strong problem-solving instincts — able to turn ambiguous business problems into solvable automation tasks
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
