Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 4+ years
- Robust experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) or Dynamics AX 2012.
- Strong functional expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) modules.
- Experience with one or more additional Finance modules, including Asset Leasing, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, Asset Management, or Project Accounting.
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle ERP implementation projects and Application Management Services (AMS).
- Strong understanding of finance business processes,



including Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
- Experience conducting business workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional testing.
- Ability to create Functional Design Documents (FDDs), business process documentation, and solution specifications.
- Experience managing production support, incident resolution, change requests, and release management activities.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and SLA-driven support environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant (MB-310) certification is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is an added advantage..

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation projects, including discovery, solution design
