Senior Software Engineer – SAP S/4HANA

Location: Chennai & Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience: 6–11 Years
Compensation: Up to ₹25 LPA (Final compensation will be based on experience, current CTC, and market alignment.)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, production support, and business process analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Design, develop, configure, test, and support SAP S/4HANA applications.

Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.

Gather business requirements and recommend optimal technical solutions.

Design high-level solution architecture and integration strategies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams.

Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, and system integrations where required.

Follow software engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.

Optimize application performance and improve overall system reliability.

Ensure adherence to security standards and data protection best practices.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions.

Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

Required Skills

6+ years of overall IT experience.

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation, development, or production support experience.

Strong experience working as an SAP S/4HANA Analyst or Consultant.

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
