Description
The candidate will play the role of a ServiceNow Developer on the ServiceNow Platform Team within the organization of Schneider Electric.
This position requires the candidate to be an expert in ServiceNow development principles that enables them to collaborate within a team. The candidate should be able to receive requirements and develop using ServiceNow best practices. The candidate will join an existing team to continue the expansion of ServiceNow throughout the Schneider Landscape. The candidate will primarily focus on the following ServiceNow Modules: HRSD, HR Enterprise Lifecycle Management, and ESC Service Portal.

Receive, Document, and Develop requirements for the HR Lifecycle event & HR Transitions project
Follow architecture governance structures, methodologies, and compliance activities to maintain regulatory compliance with enterprise ServiceNow standards
Provide technical guidance, perform peer code reviews, and ensure software development best-practices are used to develop and fulfill requiremen
