This role sits at the heart of product and growth analytics, where data is directly used to shape strategic decisions and drive measurable business impact. You will play a key role in understanding user behavior, optimizing product performance, and improving acquisition and retention across payment products. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence both short-term experimentation and long-term strategy. You will be responsible for building scalable analytics frameworks, dashboards, and models that support decision-making at scale. Accountabilities:
- Product & Growth Analytics: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities, define key metrics, and monitor performance across acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Insight Generation: Translate complex business and product questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations that guide strategic decision-making.
- Experimentation & Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to evaluate product changes and growth initiatives.
- Dashboarding & Reporting: Develop and maintain scalable, self-service dashboards and visualization tools to improve visibility of KPIs across teams.
