Role description:

We are now recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for Senior BIM Modeler - Substation (Protection & Control) to work on our United Kingdom & Ireland projects. Primary location of the team is Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Noida.

To be considered for a role we are seeking candidates with the following credentials.

Role accountabilities:

Individual / Technical Responsibilities
- Ensure project documents are accurate, clear, concise, and compliant with best practices and applicable project standards.
- Resolve complex technical drafting issues.
- Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.




- Ensure the drafting scope is delivered within budget and timelines.
- Manage documentation, including preparation and maintenance of drawing registers.
- Support development of BEP’s and BIM project workflow criteria for complex projects
- Support regular model audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with naming conventions.
- Demonstrate strong self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Adapt to current tasks and challenges based on evolving business requirements.
- Maintain compliance with the Arcadis business management system.

Team Interaction & Technical Support
- Mentor drafting team members and support their professional development.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to project team members.
- Assist in developing team members to perform at their full potential.
