Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily housekeeping operations across the school campus. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, staff supervision, and compliance with safety protocols while coordinating effectively with the Administration and Facilities teams.

Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Operations
Supervise and monitor the daily housekeeping activities across classrooms, offices, laboratories, washrooms, corridors, cafeterias, and common areas.




Ensure the campus maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
Prepare daily duty rosters and allocate housekeeping staff effectively.
Conduct routine inspections and maintain housekeeping checklists.
Team Supervision
Supervise housekeeping staff and monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
Provide on-the-job guidance and training to housekeeping personnel.
Ensure staff follow institutional policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Cleaning & Hygiene Management
Monitor the availability and proper usage of cleaning materials and equipment.
Coordinate periodic deep cleaning, pest control, sanitization, and waste management activities.
Ensure washrooms and drinking water areas remain clean and hygienic throughout the day.
Inventory & Vendor Coordination
Maintain records of housekeeping consumables and cleaning supplies.
Coordinate with vendors for cleaning materials, equipment
