Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 12 + years
- Strong expertise in Collibra, Data Governance, and Enterprise Data Management
- Proven experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain
- Solid knowledge of Data Management Frameworks, Data Catalog, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage
- Experience designing and implementing Global Operating Models (GOM) and Target Operating Models (TOM)
- Hands-on experience with Data Quality, Data Privacy, and Enterprise Data Governance frameworks
- Experience establishing Data Shared Services and Global Capability Center (GCC) operating models




- Strong expertise in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Planning, and Resource Allocation
- Experience defining and governing Service Catalogs, KPIs, SLAs, and Governance Frameworks
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Data Strategy, Data Governance, or Data Transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across APAC, EMEA, Americas, and executive leadership (MD/ED level)
- Experience working with Collibra, Data Catalogs, Data Lineage, and Data Quality platforms
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including BCBS 239, ECB, Federal Reserve, Operational Resilience, and Data Privacy regulations
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams and driving organizational transformation
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
- Professional certifications in Data Governance (CDMP/DAMA/Collibra) or Project M
