In this role, you will be responsible for building and evolving the native iOS experience of a fast-growing financial super app used at scale. You will design and deliver high-quality mobile features across critical financial journeys such as insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and other money management services. The position requires a strong focus on performance, reliability, and user experience, ensuring smooth and intuitive mobile flows. You will collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to simplify complex financial processes into elegant iOS interfaces. The environment is fast-paced and product-driven, with a solid emphasis on ownership, execution speed, and technical excellence. Accountabilities:
- Develop and ship high-quality iOS features using Swift for a large-scale financial super app.
- Build intuitive and user-friendly mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and related financial services.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to simplify complex user journeys into seamless mobile experiences.
- Integrate backend APIs and ensure secure, stable, and reliable mobile application performance.
- Continuously improve app performance, including responsiveness, crash rate, memory usage, loading speed, and battery efficiency.
- Monitor production issues, user behavior, and analytics to drive product improvements.
- Contribute to mobile architecture decisions and ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Explore and implement AI-assisted mobile features where they enhance real user value.
