At least 4 plus years of experience with a focus on Test Automation
Experience with at least one open-source test automation tool and/or frameworks, such as Selenium, Watir/N, Fitness, Cucumber, Capybara etc
A valuable command on any one programming language (JAVA/C#/Ruby)
Experience working in an Agile workplace
Experience in testing web applications and rest services
Knowledge of software best practices like test-driven development (TDD), behavior-driven development (BDD), and continuous integration.
