Role & responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects.
Manage database performance, indexing, data modeling, and schema design.
Develop and support Python-based APIs, backend services, and automation solutions.
Create and maintain Crystal Reports, MIS reports, dashboards, and business reports.
Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights using SQL and Excel.
Build automation scripts and support integration of AI tools into business workflows.
Provide basic IT/application support and troubleshoot database-related issues.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance across systems.
Collaborate with internal teams and North American clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate Skills
Solid knowledge of relational databases [MS SQL/MySQL/DB2]
Valuable communication skills for coordination with North American clients.
Experience in MIS reporting & Dashboard creation.
Robust attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving & analytical abilities.
