Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and design creative life insurance products.

• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights analysis to identify product prospects.

• Prepare detailed product specifications, pricing structures, and benefit illustrations in coordination with actuarial teams.

• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal governance standards during product development.

• Coordinate with technology, operations, and marketing teams for product implementation and launch.

• Support in preparing regulatory filings and documentation for product approvals.

• Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend enhancements based on data analytics.

• Assist in creating training material and product communication for internal and external stakeholders.

Work Experience

• Exposure to life insurance product design, filing, launch and regulatory compliance.





• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management. Technology Known

• MS Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot tables)

• MS PowerPoint and Word

• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools Behavioural Traits required • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset

Qualifications & Experience
