You will be working with the Product & Systems in Bengaluru.
This team runs on a hustle mindset with an objective to increase Exponent Energy’s market share in the city of Bengaluru and beyond and help more people adapt to 15-minute rapid charging technology achieved by our Flexible Energy Stack, which consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station).

This role focuses on integrating Exponent’s HV stack with OEM buses and fleets, ensuring seamless communication, performance, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand vehicle requirements
Own electrical and mechanical Integration of exponent stack in OEM vehicles
Document integration protocols and create technical handover packages for OEMs
Conduct FMEA of integration stack and solve risk
Support homologation and certification activities
Requirements:
5+ years in HV systems integration for EVs or heavy vehicles
Solid knowledge of high-voltage safety protocols, bus communication, and energy systems
Experience with vehicle integration testing, HV architecture, and diagnostic tools
Ability to interface directly with OEM engineering teams and resolve cross-functional challenges
