EOSGlobe is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms. This role will be responsible for day-to-day content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking, ensuring EOSGlobes brand voice is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our AI-first transformation journey.

BPO/SAAS/AI Industry Experience MANDATORY

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Publishing
Develop engaging posts, carousels, videos, and stories tailored for each platform.
Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-quality creatives.
Community Engagement
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
Build relationships with followers, industry peers, and potential talent.
Campaign Management
Execute social media campaigns for branding, recruitment, and lead generation.
Support digital promotions for events, webinars, and client initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting




Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
Provide weekly insights and recommendations for optimization.
Trendspotting
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Experiment with current formats (Reels, polls, interactive content) to boost engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in social media management, preferably in BPM/IT or service industries.
Skills & Competencies:
Robust knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Creative flair with ability to craft compelling copy and visuals.
Analytical mindset to measure and improve performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
