Role Summary:

Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness.
Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.

Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
4–7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc).
Robust communication, leadership, and client management skills.

Qualtrics Platform Expertise
End-to-end hands-on experience in:
Survey building (logic, piped text, quotas, workflows)
Dashboard creation (CX Dashboards, EX Insights)
Workflow automation (email triggers, alerts)

Modules knowledge:
CX, EX, Lifecycle, 360, Text iQ (text analytics)
Integration experience:
APIs, SFTP, CRM tools like Salesforce
HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors
