Job Description
Develop and implement a regional technical training strategy aligned with business goals and divisional requirements.
Assess training needs across various divisions through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and stakeholder discussions.
Create and manage an annual training calendar for technical and functional learning programs.
Design and deliver technical training modules for different divisions, including service, operations, engineering, sales, and other business functions as applicable.
Develop training content such as manuals, SOPs, presentations, digital learning modules, and technical learning aids.
Coordinate with division heads and subject matter experts to ensure training relevance and standardization.
Conduct train the trainer programs and support capability building for internal trainers.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, field performance, and operational metrics.
Prepare regular MIS and training reports for management review.
Manage training infrastructure, regional training resources, external vendors, and budgets.
Ensure standard training quality and compliance across all regional locations.
