Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, telephonic, email, website, and social media admission enquiries.
Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's curriculum, academic programs, facilities, and admission process.
Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions by providing exceptional counselling and timely follow-ups.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM and ensure accurate admission records.
Conduct campus tours and explain the school's unique offerings to prospective parents.
Build and nurture relationships with parents throughout the admission journey.
Coordinate with the Marketing, Academic, and Administration teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
Organize and participate in admission drives, education fairs, open houses, and promotional events.
Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly admission reports for the management.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi and Kannada will be an added advantage).
Strong counselling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with proven admission conversion experience.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
4–8 years of experience in School/College admissions, educational counselling, or academic sales.
Prior experience in reputed schools or educational institutions is highly preferred.
