Key Responsibilities

BPO / SAAS/AI Based experience is MANDATORY
Content Creation
Write blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, and thoughtleadership pieces.
Develop engaging copy for social media, websites, and marketing collateral.
AIDriven Content Innovation
Leverage AI tools for ideation, drafting, and optimization.
Experiment with current formats (interactive content, conversational AI scripts, microcontent).
SEO & Digital Alignment
Optimize content for search engines and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure visibility and lead generation.
Brand Voice & Consistency




Maintain EOSGlobes brand tone across all communication channels.
Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns with impactful messaging.
Collaboration
Work closely with design, social media, and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 2–5 years in content writing, preferably in BPM/IT or service industries.
Skills & Competencies:
Solid writing and editing skills with a flair for storytelling.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, etc.) for content creation.
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and digital content strategies.
Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.
