Fidelity in hiring AI Engineer (Senior AI Platform Engineer - GenAI, RAG & Agentic AI) within our Enterprise AI Platform team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of AI engineering, platform architecture, governance and enterprise-scale delivery.

What you'll do
Shape and build core capabilities of Fidelity's Enterprise AI Platform.
Define architecture patterns for GenAI, RAG and Agent-based solutions.
Enable engineering teams to leverage enterprise AI services securely and at scale.
Drive adoption of technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, LLMs and vector databases.
Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, security, risk and governance stakeholders.
Establish reusable frameworks, APIs, SDKs and best practices for AI development across the organization.





We're looking for professionals with experience in
Generative AI / Large Language Models
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
LangChain and/or LangGraph
Python development
AI platform engineering
APIs and reusable frameworks
Vector databases and retrieval systems
Enterprise architecture and solution design
AI governance, guardrails, security and compliance
Cloud-native technologies and containerized settings
