We are a fast -growing wealth management company seeking highly driven Virtual Relationship


Managers (VRMs) for a hardcore sales role. This is a target -based position requiring candidates


to generate recent leads, schedule client meetings, and drive sales to achieve annual revenue


goals. The VRM will also focus on building and maintaining long -term relationships with clients


to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.




Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:


○ Identify and generate recent leads through various channels (cold calling,


networking, referrals).


○ Build a pipeline of prospective clients interested in wealth management services.

Meeting Scheduling:


○ Set up meetings with qualified prospects to pitch the company’s offerings.





Sales Target Achievement:


○ Drive sales to achieve an annual revenue target through new client acquisitions.


○ Meet monthly revenue targets based on the overall goal.


Requirements

● Minimum 1 year of experience in hardcore sales, preferably in financial services or


telesales.


● Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.


● Target -driven mindset with a hunger for achieving and exceeding sales goals.


● Ability to thrive in a rapid -paced, high -pressure sales environment.
