Key Responsibilities
Manage overall store operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and reconciliation.
Lead, coach, and motivate store associates to achieve operational KPIs.
Monitor productivity, order fulfillment timelines, and quality standards.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.
Handle customer escalations and coordinate with support teams for timely resolution.
Optimize manpower planning, shift scheduling, and attendance management.
Monitor store expenses and work toward cost optimization.
Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and logistics teams to maintain stock availability.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and MIS.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
