About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail -oriented Visual Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust foundation in graphic design, video editing, and animation, along with hands -on experience in modern AI -powered creative tools. You will play a key role in creating engaging visual content across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design visually compelling graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
Create and edit high -quality videos, motion graphics, and animations
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver impactful visual storytelling
Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and AI -driven creative technologies
Optimize content for different platforms and formats
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a quick -paced environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and animation
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Hands -on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, DALL·E, Synthesia, Beautiful.ai, Fliki, or similar
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
Experience in motion graphics and storytelling through visuals
Positive communication and collaboration skills
