We are looking for experienced and dedicated Slitting Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor slitting machines as per production requirements.
Ensure accurate slit width, roll quality, and minimal material wastage.
Perform machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
Inspect finished products to maintain quality standards.
Monitor production output and meet shift targets.
Handle film rolls and packaging materials safely.
Coordinate with production and quality teams.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Record production data and machine performance.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Versatile Packaging / Film Manufacturing / Packaging / Plastic Industry/ Any Relevant Industry
Hands-on experience operating slitting machines
Understanding of film thickness, roll handling, and quality defects
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Secure employment history preferred
