Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on rotating equipment in the oil and energy sector
Proven experience in the design, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rotating machinery
Strong understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams
Project management experience is a plus
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
